Which means our market is “hyperlocal”.  I have the tools, experience, and depth of knowledge for buying or selling in our ever changing market. I have access to up to date data on home market values and trends for every neighborhood in the Portland Metro 5 county area. I've lived in the Pacific Northwest my entire life. I grew up in Seattle where my mom sold residential real estate in the Seattle area. I went to college at Washington State University. I moved to Portland in 1982 and started my real estate career in 1985. With 40 years of professional real estate experience in all market conditions, I continue to love working in this industry. I've been with John L Scott for over 30 years, specializing in the Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, and Hillsboro areas as well as serving clients at the Oregon Coast, Mt. Hood areas, and as far south as Eugene.
